What is wrong when I get the message corrupt file when I try to install to my Nokia N95?The problem has to do with that the phone hasn't finnished the download. The file will automatically download to your phone so you don't have to do anything.

If you are trying to install a java program and that message appears, you need to put in the SIM card and switch on the power also in the cover.
Where is the UpCode automatically installed?
That depends on the phone model. Usually it is installed under programs, installs or my own. In Java programs are some times installed in the games folder.
What does the text insert code mean?
If this field is automatically opened instead of the camera it means your phone has no camera or the necessary camera access (provided by manufacturer) Type in the number or word written under the UpCode image and then press "go"
What is the cost for using UpCode?
UpCode is free for non commercial and non professional use. You only pay according to your operator tariff. It is depending on what your operator charges for internet traffic (in the cases UpCode uses internet)
My Sony Ericsson keeps asking over and over again for camera access, what do can I do?
Some Java phones do this, you can solve it. Move "selector" cursor on top of the application logo (do not start it). Choose more --> Permissions -->multimedia Change setting to ask once... Now it will olny ask once to use the camera...
I have downloaded your software to my Sony Ericsson K800i and although it is able to take a photo of the barcode I always get the error message cannot find barcode? When I type in the number it goes straight to the web page.
This is a Java phone. From the menu you can choose manual or automatic mode. With manual mode this occurs when you take a picture but no code is found. With the automatic mode the camera scans the code automatically when it is found. With SonyEricsson java phones the code will almost fill the entire display when you are at the right distance.
